Abstract
The analysis and interpretation of the geophysical record of Gamma Ray and resistivity from the borehole of Nava de Árevalo allows to determine a set of lithosismic units in the subsurface of the province the Ávila, region of the Moraña. The characteristics of the electrofacies and the electrofacies associations allows to interpret to sedimentary environments. On the other hand this study correlates the electrofacies and the Neogene lithoestratigraphic units outcropping in the southern margin of the Duero basin. The correlations is based on stratigraphic and lithological features and sequence types.
