The arrival of new mobile devices like Smartphones and Tablet, more accessible and intuitive, is improving our ability to understand and communicate, but also to work and learn. Recent studies, such as CISCO (2017) reports and the report eEspaña of the Orange Foundation (2016) on development of the information society in Spain or as the INTEF(2013) of European schools survey "The ICT in education", have elucidated the information society is anchored each year as a global phenomenon that affects more people and that, after starting to be built around the computer, now focuses more and more on mobile devices. This article describes a case of technological innovation in teaching, through the application of the App Inventor technology for the creation of educational applications for mobile learning for the teaching of mathematics. It describes the full cycle of innovation, from access to technology at the MediaLab of the University of Salamanca to the effective incorporation of mobile technology into the educational system.
