Abstract

The study focuses on the reconstruction and preservation of educational heritage by valuing the experiences of older people. It seeks to use their accounts of school life as a source for understanding the educational history of a given community. The research, in international collaboration, employs oral memory and digital technologies to this end. It highlights the role of educational museums, such as the one at the University of Salamanca, in promoting remembrance, memory and the exchange of experiences between participants and visitors.
