Osteoma osteoide del tercer metatarsiano. A propósito de un caso

Abstract

Se presenta el caso de un osteoma osteoide en la diáfisis del tercer metatarsiano en una paciente de 17 añosde edad. La sintomatología desapareció inmediatamente después de la resección en bloque de la lesión. La reconstrucción se realizó con aloinjerto liofilizado.
