Abstract

The purpose of this work is none other than an a-methodical study on human’s phenomenological essence supported on Michel henry’s philosophy. The aforementioned study gravitates towards the notion of pain based on the early passivity of the being in regards to itself and within affectivity’s revelatory framework. In other words, the being’s revelation as it is portrayed in its passion. A new conception of corporeality, time and language comes from pain’s basic affective tonality. The importance of understanding these themes relating them with men’s being is crucial so as to not split it in irreconcilable fields or dimensions that would not let it be understood in what it does, says or lives, which is that on what the being is experienced in.
