El efecto de la organización de la práctica en el aprendizaje de las habilidades motrices y deportivas

Resumen

En el presente trabajo se analizan las principales variables que afectan a la organización de la práctica y al efecto que ésta provoca sobre el rendimiento (interferencia contextual). Los antecedentes que existen derivados de investigaciones sobre el efecto de la organización de la práctica, sugieren que la práctica en bloque permite alcanzar mejores cotas de rendimiento al finalizar el periodo de adquisición, mientras que la práctica aleatoria provocaría mejores niveles de rendimiento en posteriores tests de retención. Igualmente, parece que la práctica en aleatoria facilitaría la transferencia a tareas de estructura similar, aunque las investigaciones que han contrastado diferentes variables (naturaleza y estructura de las tareas, edad de los sujetos, etc) no ofrecen unos resultados concluyentes.
