Abstract

Introduction: The technical of Teacher Education Teacher of the four public universities of Castilla y León give this perspective Symposium "collaboration between institutions" in order to streamline support and teacher training programs in their respective institutions. Objectives: We aimed to describe the situation of the four universities, Burgos, León, Salamanca and Valladolid, in relation to the management of teacher training university teachers from each particular institutional situation, and present the framework agreement signed in 2012 by the four guiding as an example of collaboration. In addition to the actions that led to the current course along, 2012-13. Method: This is a descriptive statement of the cooperation process and the actions taken in this course. Results: We provide quantitative and qualitative results regarding satisfaction indicators of teachers involved in one of the inter-university training in this academic year 2012-13. Conclusions: There will be a reflection derived from the results presented and foresight we attempt to identify the opportunities provided by the collaboration between universities in the field of teacher training and university in the current context. The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of teaching through teacher training faculty quality.
