Abstract

Legislation around the world includes the right to freedom. An interesting expression of it is the principle of the party autonomy which enable the parties to freely agree different procedures than the ordinary justice. In this way, parties arrange the procedure to be followed by the arbitral tribunal, which must be about legal matters. Case law plays a significant role for legislation in diverse countries. Those awards help to build a body of law regarding causes of nullity and other different recourse against the final award.
