Abstract

This thesis is born from a simple question, but deep and recurring: how the competition between the "market logic" and "goods demaniales" alleged in more than one occasion by Chilean law is dogmatically justified. The present work tries to investigate the teleological element of publification water. And through it, answering the questions raised earlier.
