Abstract

This thesis attempts to rescue the history of exploited child labor, knowledge about the phenomenon as a social problem, also the result of the State descasar throughout the twentieth and twenty-first century having come to the rescue without achieving historic debt to children and adolescents, and also attempts to investigate what could possibly help minimize and allow a child labor free.
