Abstract

This research was conducted aiming at a construction methodologically dogmatic on the subject of DNA testing on parentage, using a deductive approach when addressing different doctrines in the field, with research work in various legal sources, case law and literature , housed in the same way in monographs, journals and case law, with a simple systematization Spanish law and doctrine but with little regard to the area of ??Mexico. So it has been possible to develop a scheme that has allowed a study which we hope is useful to establish the landscape and the issues presented in the matter. This is essential to take into account the analysis of the various statements issued by the High Court of both countries
