Abstract

ABSTRACT In the last years, the surveying instruments have experimented evolutions to automation in data registration as well as very detailed and continuous record of objects. By the laser scanners the maximum amount of information is obtained and immediate and realistic vision is produced, without questioning the performance and precision announced by the manufacturers. The objective of this Thesis is to determine the effective precisions that are reached for a job in an outside and open space, real but controlled. Two different scanners are used, each one with a different measure system.
