The article researches unpublished documents of the "Archieve of the Pías Schools", third degree, in Madrid. In these there is a reference to the stay of the Order in the Royal Monastic of El Escorial, which the Escolapios go during the Revolutionary Six years to solve the menace of desolation and ruin which flew over the Monasterie, with the support of Manuel Ruiz Zorrilla. A path that analyses a large kind of topics: conditions and cause of its arrival, the purpose of its stay, the education and the teaching method, the educational areas, the basement of the Royal Decree which rules his stay, the free lessons to orphan child, the school of the young priests, the reasons of their departure when the Borbonic Restauration. All this reasons let us see, almost 150 years after that, the well-known prestige of the Escolapios in the educational area and know the years they stayed in the monasteries with historic-pedagogical reasons.
