Abstract
This article supposes a theoretical approximation and the application in Social Pedagogy of a type of qualitative techniques named «Stories» or «Life Histories». This way, life history is shown under different conceptual frameworks: qualitative methodologies; personal documents; educative ethnography and social educational contexts. Finally, this text is about ways of writing a life history or story.
