Abstract
In this paper, a framework based on the eclectic paradigm of Dunning is used to provide some empirical evidence about the internationalisation process of firms in Castilla y León. Through the applicatioin of hierarchical analysis and other descriptive methodologies, it has been possible to reach some conclusions about which are the factors determing the major internationalisation decisions. The results, which sonfirm the importance of intangible assets, are compared to the existing Spanish evidence
