Resumo

This work is an empirical study that analyzes the dynamical relationship between the strategic change and the organizational change, and the possible emergence of new organizational forms, from the compared investigation of two longitudinal case studies. The results show the increasing implantation of the form "multidivisional network" as corporate form that is characterized by a new combination of coordination mechanisms with regard to the corporate traditional form (M-form). Likewise, high-tech sectors tend to asóciate with strategies of specialization while more traditional sectors tend to link with the related diversification
