Resum

In the work below we offer an instrument to value educational materials on CD-Rom format, with the goal of assessment to teachers about a possible selection of this CDs. This instrument has 28 items classified into two dimensions: one referred to the autonomy students have when they work with them and the other one in relation with the view about contents and activity they offer. The instrument was applied by specialized people to 15 titles and we obtained by this qualitative reports about aspects being able of evaluation. From data analysis we have reach some conclusions, the most important one about relative autonomy of students using this format and, also, the «drill and practice» model of the majority of the analysed titles. We offer other conclusions which could be useful for teachers employing those resources.
