Résumé

Hegel’s definition of freedom as “relation-way of the concept” allows to expose an approach in order to recognize the necessary in the contingent and as progressive extension of the freedom. The “essential-logical” context (reflexivity and determinate or self-referential negativity) samples a relational structure previous to the distinction of particularities or constitution-moments of a concept that wins concretion for itself. Such structure could be understood as operative freedom as long as increase’s “motor” of the environment of the necessary. This operator would consist in the constant overcoming of the otherness of the reality that determines itself as long as their subjective part produces and reaches an older self-conception
