Adaptación al castellano del cuestionario de viveza de imágenes visualesversión revisada (VVIQRV)

Resumen

El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue adaptar al castellano el «Cuestionario de Viveza de Imágenes Visuales - Versión Revisada» (VVIQRV), instrumento que permite evaluar la viveza de las imágenes mentales visuales. El cuestionario se construyó partiendo de la versión en castellano del VVIQ, a la que se incorporaron sugerencias de mejora propuestas en otros trabajos. Posteriormente, se aplicó a una muestra de 414 estudiantes universitarios españoles y se estudiaron sus propiedades psicométricas mediante la Teoría Clásica y con un modelo tipo Rasch, el RSM (Rating Scale Model). Los resultados fueron convergentes con los de otros estudios sobre el instrumento y mostraron que la versión española del VVIQRV que se presenta en este trabajo posee una consistencia interna adecuada y se caracteriza por una estructura factorial compuesta por un único factor principal. Además, el análisis con el modelo RSM mostró que el incremento en el número de categorías de respuesta, como propuesta de mejora del instrumento, no resultaba adecuado.
