This paper aims at discussing three passages obscured by textual problems in Seneca�s De Clementia: 1, 3, 1; 1, 9, 1-2; and 1, 3, 5. The combination of lexicological analysis, textual criticism and paleography allows to formulate some interesting proposals on them.
