Zusammenfassung
Given the concern regarding the increase of the elderly population and in whom we want to maintain their health, a revitalizing physiotherapy program with moderate physical exercise in planned. Through this, an investigation will be developed with the aim to determine the health characteristics of this population and the cardiac, respiratory and physical capacity as well as resistance changes after participating in the program.
