Resumo
The project tackles the plastic gothic in Alava from the optics of the main characters of the artistic demand. It concentrates on the responsability of knights and it pays attention to the collective patronage. It details the attitudes, activities and companies generated to the protection of these promoters. The works studied offer an extraordinary variety, the follow the responsability of recumbents, the sponsorship of a funeral chapel, the importation of pieces of other central points -testimony of the activation of the artistic business- and the building of new parochial companies, promoted by the community.
