Abstract
The existence in the Monterrey Palace in Salamanca of an important set of civil silver pieces -from Spain, Europe and Latin America- is the principal argument of this article, in which we announce them and, in addition, we build an essay that might be completed in future researches, about the relation between this lineage and the silver art.
