Abstract
This article sets out how small schools have an organization and running less bureaucratic, which produce a great power in hands of the teachers against the interest of other social actors. The teachers satisfaction about other social agents and collegiate organs is bigger in small schools. Also is remarkable the minor implication of teachers with the school environment, showing again the bigger professional bureaucratic of teachers who work in small schools. This discovery about the predominance of a bureaucratic culture in schools of limited size differs from the initial project hypothesis that assigned a liberal model instead a bureaucratic one.
