Abstract
In 1565 the local community of Abezames, a small country town in the northwest of Spain, elaborated a legal text to regulate the livestock access to cereal cultivation. These initial by-laws were modified two years later and approved of Toro city, the administrative area in which Abezames was. The present report only transcribes the text and its later modifications.
