Abstract

This paper defines the effort and efficiency dimensions of environmental management, within an approach aiming to identify new strategic profiles and to analyze changes in management when changing the level of systematization of environmental practices. The validity of the new model is tested against a sample of 206 plants of Spanish compa- nies under the ETS.
