Zusammenfassung
To analyze, after the new Law of Contracts of the Public Sector, it implies doing it brings over of the organs that have the labor entrusted of contracting. This demands, not only to realize a study of the current regime of these figures, if not that implies doing a reflection on the need to adapt to the new times a formula, that, though practice, it tends to the obsolescence, especially for the lack of transparency that it implies.
