Abstract
In the face of Spain becoming a future member of the EEC, there is a need for changes in the land dedicated to cattle grazing in Salamanca. Distinctions should be made among these changes as there are important differences between each region. There is need for a better use of resources to improve the output of products, without abandoning traditional systems which have given good results
