Abstract
On the third anniversary of his death, this paper identifies, describes, and critically reviews some of most powerful objections to Ronald Dworkin´s thought. These outstanding objections not only address Dworkin’s thought as one of the most influential philosophers in contemporary legal philosophy, but also exert an important influence on some of the core aspects within this area of knowledge.
