Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a series of fundamental women writers in the field of children’s literature in English and to present an educative proposal carried out in the School of Education of Ávila in the context of English degree where taking as a starting point texts from different authors who deal with complex individual and social themes, it is run an activity of analysis and debate with the aim of educating children in equality and motivating girls to fight for their dreams, motivation and career.
