Abstract

The rights to emigration, family protection and social security, not only have accommodation in most of the political constitutions of democratic states, but also in capital normative manifestations in international law, al axiom that elevates them from de category of social right to that of human right. This paper presents a plot line between the aforementioned rights in order to reflect on the scarced reception, on the bilateral relations between Spain and Latin América, of the option to export social benefits for dependent children based on the interpretation, inter alia, of domestic regulations. In more detail, the deal between the Kingdom of Spain and the three representative Republics of the south american spanish cone, emerges an a simple button to cove a good dose of the expectations at stake.
