Resum

This essays aims to be an introduction to the international repertory of brief commentaries on the climatic ethical crisis. Four experts (from the United States, India, Cuba and Great Britain) have contextualized this discussion within the general issue about the results of Copenhagen and Cancun Summits, especially Cancun. Some named Hopenhaguen to the Copenhagen Summit. Cancun framework was expected to establish enforceable constraints on greenhouse gas emissions and to establish norms for emissions from developing and underdeveloped countries. But where are we now (in the path of possible responsible answers)?, what should we hope?, what must we do?
