Resumo

Abstract   The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of practice variability in the accuracy of the penalty throw in handball. Fourteen young players from national team (15 ± 0,401 year; 8 ± 1,41 year of experience) took part in the study. Participants preformed two protocols of practice in different condition (variability of practice and specificity of practice). Results showed higher values in increased shoot accuracy after practice in variability condition (23,83 cm. ±3,66) than after specificity of practice condition 29,82 cm. ±7,62), (p
