Abstract

The digitalization of the administration of justice is a reality due to new regulations which govern it. Today, we can speak of a new concept of perception of justice in Spain: the E-Justice. With this shape is to be able to get computerized procedures, and even talk of virtual trials. At the same time the EU is creating a European judicial area could not ignore new technologies. These projects are being promoted from the EU try to encourage the application of new legal instruments based on �justice network�, this is an issue in constantly changing But this computer conversion is a reality or utopia?, Should we move forward at any cost?, Is prejudice the fundamental rights and due process with the introduction of information technology and communication?
