Scleroderma is a disease characterized by fibrosis of the structures that have an abundance of connective tissue. Skin involvement is the most significant of this pathology. Diagnosis is based on clinical classification. Test results are useful to differentiate the two main types of this disease are diffuse scleroderma and limited scleroderma. The impact of organs such as the kidney or lung are important in the prognosis of the disease. There is at present a treatment clearly slow down the progression of the disease. The vasodilators such as iloprost, bosentan and others improve the clinical course of vascular phenomena associated with this disease such as pulmonary artery hypertension and Raynaud's intense. In recent years there have been a number of useful activity rates to try to control the disease.
