Resumen

Se presenta un raro caso de elastofibroma dorsi, considerada una lesión reactiva de crecimiento lento incluida en el heterogéneo grupo de las proliferaciones fibroblásticas benignas. El conocimiento de la entidad y sus característicos datos clínicos y de imagen permiten su diagnóstico y, en formas asintomáticas, su manejo en la consulta de Atención Primaria.
