The regular analytical monitoring of these patients who are subject to detect changes in creatinine levels or alterations in urinalysis that will make a diagnosis and treatment. It is also important to recognize the role of immunosuppressive drugs and concomitant pathology in the study of renal function. To emphasize the usefulness of urine sediment study and urine of 24 h to detect possible renal and glomerular damage, and the need for renal biopsy to obtain an accurate histologic diagnosis.
