An investigation of the composition of the rocks in the subsoil of the south-east area of the province of Salamanca. The variations which appear in the rocks, such as fracturing and alteration, are analysed, as well as their permeability and porosity. This study is carried out in relation to the hydrology of the area, in particular the extraction of subterranean water through granite and metamorphic rock
