Abstract

Corporate networks, which are considered one of the preferred expression formulas of the modern economy, are created to coordinate activities between independent parties that collaborating to pursue a common goal. The questions that emergence of this new organizational formula are multiple. Among these, mainly determination of whether it is possible to ascribe some legal effects to the existence of a lasting link between activities cooperation of the companies, which keep its subjectivity and autonomy, but that its decisions can be influenced by existence of that kind of organizational linkages, including those concerned with management of working relationship. One of the issues with regard to which this study needs to be carried out urgently, it concerns the impact that can be deployed with the collaboration between employers about the exercise of corporate powers and attributing the status of the employer. The present study has been devoted to addressing this issue.
