Abstract
The kaleidoscope of signs and symptoms which the shoulder join offers includes the diagnosis of«periarthritis escapolohumerai», which in turn defines a large number of pathologies which are difficult to diagnose and to treat. This article looks into the physiotherapeutic treatment of the «subacrornial» joint, relying on the appropiate clinical exarnination of the patient and on certain complementary test, which likewise allow us lo correctly diagnose the physical and funtional disturbance of the patient.
