Resumen

En este trabajo se analiza el fenómeno de la desigualdad digital en España; esto es, las diferencias entre internautas en cuanto a la adopción de los usos beneficiosos de Internet. Para ello, se observa y analiza la evolución de la difusión de dichos usos en función de los perfiles socioeconómicos de los internautas. Se aprecia cómo los usos de Internet dirigidos al entretenimiento personal presentan patrones de difusión parecidos en todos los segmentos poblacionales. Sin embargo, los usos beneficiosos se han ido difundiendo con mayor intensidad entre los españoles más jóvenes y con mayor nivel educativo.
