Zusammenfassung

Extra-articular manifestations Extra-articular manifestations of RA are frequent and muscle involvement is one of the lesser known, despite the large number of patients who develop loss of muscle strength and weakness attributed by muscle atrophy secondary to analgesics reflexes and the disease itself. Differential diagnosis In this protocol it is described the main pathologies to be considered in the differential diagnosis in terms of muscle involvement and rheumatoid arthritis, and additional tests as indispensable tools to get accurate diagnosis.
