Resumo
The description of scholarship and fellow scholarship has been used to define different realities, and in some cases, in order to define placements in companies that are not industrial work placements. In this study we aim to visualize the different situations or realities that applies in each case. We will try to analyses the interpretive problems and application of the additional provisions 3rd and 41st of de Law 27/2011, from 1 August. This also applies to the revision of the activity of the «Social Security» fraud linked to grants and labor practices. In conclusions we propose the following reforms in the regulations in order to correct and prevent fraud related in this field.
