Abstract

A case of vertebral enchondroma on the cervical spine, presenting cervical pain in the onset, and later radicular afection in upper limbs is presented. Once the diagnosis of enchondroma was confirmed by biopsy, an anterior approach to the cervical spine was performed and CS y C6 vertebral bodies removed -includind pertinent disc material-, followed by cervical fusion with ilac autograft. After a follow-up of 2 years, the patient was free of symtoms.
