Abstract
We report a new case of a Pindborg tumour having a long and asymptomatic evolution, and, with unsuspicious radiographical appearance of a calcifying, epithelial odontogenic tumour. This case adds to the fewly casuistics collected in the literature, because of its little incidence among odontogenic tumours. As most important facts, we should mention, on one hand, the non-typical radiological image, and on the other hand, its evolution, totally an agreeance with the abundance of calcification and its benignancy.
