Abstract

This article presents the development of a teaching-learning experience in the specific Master’scourseInnovación Docente en Administración de Empresas, Economía y Comercio.Wepres-ent specific practical teaching based on activities that promote students’ active learning au-tonomy to learn. All the activities are programmed under the self-learning approach as afundamental route for the professional development of students, through the cooperative de-velopment of their own Personal Learning Environment. The course fosters creativity and ini-tiative through the creation and presentation of their own teaching innovations constituting acritical analysis forum for “peers” to improve the initiatives, facilitating the reflection and dis-cussion oriented to a common purpose. These initiatives are based on the content learnt inother courses as a practical result of their acquired learning. In this way, the course is consid-ered as a laboratory where students integrate all this knowledge through the generation ofspecific teaching innovation projects
