Abstract
The text introduces the main features of the process of creation of corruption risks maps. This is a technique of strategic planning used for an early detecting of corruption risks. The document was created in order to let public servants design preventions measures. It was published with the support of UNODC, USAID and the Anti-corruption National Secretary of the Government of the Republic of Paraguay.
