El Derecho del trabajo español de la emergencia sanitaria

Abstract

Written in parallel to the development of the sanitary crisis, the present study seeks to give an account of the difficult process establishment of the labour character measures implemented by the legislator to confront it. In order to do so, it distinguishes four stages within this process, each one of them characterized by the instrumental use of institutions and mechanisms that already exist within the labor laws or the creation of new ones with the purpose of achieving differentiated objectives. The text concludes with a assessment, necessarily provisional, of the effectiveness of this experience and the lessons that can be learn from it.
