Abstract

As subject subject to tutelage and special protection, the Declaration of Human Rights establishes maternity, which in Spain has evolved over the past fifty years in an evident way, through the acquired rights of sexual and reproductive freedom, its education and public benefits. We analyze contraception, sexually transmitted diseases derived from misuse of contraception, control of motherhood as an expression of individual freedom, voluntary termination of pregnancy, as well as demography from the public health rights of the Public Administrations and their Social impact.
