Resum

As Shulman says (1986), the study of good practices of teaches constitutes one of the main research compromises in Education. We have had the opportunity to participate in an outstanding experience in the educational domain and specifically on peacefully solving conflict, from the perspective of an instruction centred in experience and active participation as an alternative to a mere transmission. It has been very enriching to study, inquire, reflect, deepen and analyse the good practices that a teacher needs in Early Childhood Education. We feel invited to share our learning with the intention of contributing to a better teaching, taking into consideration that to coexist and to enjoy the company of others must be one of the main purposes of school. During the stay in the Formation Centre to study the subject of Practices, a third grade student of the BA in Early Childhood Education it was observed the level of conflict in a 4-year-old class. The 7 week period guarantees enough permanence to get to relevant conclusions. That School has a Coexistence Plan that is been applied to the Elementary Level. And the conclusion is that it is possible and convenient to start earlier the actions towards this aim.
